Latest on Biosecurity

The call to action is around bio-security, where we are asking all water users to be vigilant and make sure they don’t transfer plants and animals to other water bodies. Whilst this is an umbrella campaign for all INNS, although most attention will be focused on Dikerogammarus Villosus — otherwise known as the ‘killer shrimp’. We are just about to enter their breeding season so extra care is going to be needed to make sure these do not spread.
